Floods in Spain

Spain is suffering the effects of heavy rains and floods; mostly in the south and east of the peninsula. 

We are devastated by the testimonies of people who have sadly lost their lives and the agony of the relatives of people who are still missing. 

Some of our Lions Clubs and Leos are there coordinating help, but these days it seems that nothing is getting through, as people are without water, electricity and unable to be rescued. Daily, the situation is improving, but effort is needed to bring the cities and villages back to normality.

The natural disaster in the province of Valencia and neighboring areas, caused by the meteorological phenomenon known as DANA, has caused an extreme humanitarian situation. Thousands of people have lost everything and need URGENT HELP.
